Help Art Saint Louis Move

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
TO HELP US MOVE TO MIDTOWN ALLEY

As you hopefully already know, after 11 years at our current location and 40 years in downtown, Art Saint Louis and Catalyst Coffee Bar are relocating. We're so pleased to have this opportunity to relocate and look forward to sharing our new home with you.

Located on the ground floor of The Oakland building at 2801 Locust Street in Midtown Alley—a mere mile northwest of our current location—the new space is currently under construction and we will begin the move-in process mid-July.

Beginning Monday, July 15, we will start closing down the old space and preparing to move. To help make this happen, we are seeking volunteer assistance Mondays through Saturdays beginning July 15 to help move boxes, pedestals, goods from storage in our basement up to the Gallery, to help pack up our Catalyst Coffee Bar, disassemble and catalogue for re-assembly our three portable walls on casters, move furniture, and more. We really rely on your support—so, how can you help?

To volunteer, please contact Executive Director This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide the following info:

    1.    Name
    2.    Phone #
    3.    Email
    4.    Availability dates & times
    5.    Any other assistance that you can provide

To assist with the move financially, we can very much use underwriting of a variety of things for the move and new space, including 3 new video monitors, new cafe tables, and other furnishings. We can also use financial support to cover the cost of renting moving trucks and related supplies. Cash donations are accepted online here. THANK YOU in advance for your support. We look forward to hearing from you.
