Our first juried exhibit of 2012, was an all media show with artworks that deal with the sense of memory interpreted in all styles, themes, techniques and media.
This juried exhibit was open to artists 21+ residing in St. Louis, Missouri and the surrounding 200-mile radius.
Jurors: Patty Heyda, artist, Assistant Professor, Washington University, Sam Fox School of Art & Design; Winifred E. Newman, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Department of Architecture, Florida International University in Miami, and Principal, Architect of Record, LLC, St. Louis, MO.
From 168 artworks in all media submitted by 93 St. Louis regional artists, jurors Heyda and Newman selected 49 artworks by 33 artists for the "Memory" exhibition. Media featured includes: digital media, installation, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, video, and more.

MEET THE ARTISTS SATURDAYS
During this exhibition, Art Saint Louis is hosting free Meet the Artists Saturdays wherein featured artists from "Memory" will be on-hand in the Gallery to greet visitors and discuss their works in the show. In addition, some artists will be presenting a demo of their work & techniques. These very casual events are free & open to the public.

GALLERY & OFFICE HOURS
Art Saint Louis is FREE and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Gallery closed Sundays, holidays and between exhibits.
