HEC-TV spotlights our Summer exhibition, Honor Awards 2023, currently on view in the ASL Gallery through July 13, 2023. We are grateful to HEC-TV and to Producer Paul Langdon for this excellent video that celebrates the work of Art Saint Louis.
Honor Awards 2023 features artworks by ten Award-winning STL regional artists who received Awards of Excellence in our 2021 juried exhibits at Art Saint Louis: Ainura Barron, Nancy Exarhu, Brenda Gilliam, Sandy Kaplan, Misato Pang, Adrienne L.J. Patel, Marilyn Robinson, Duenne Schlarman, Den Smith, and Sun Smith-Foret.
Please visit Art Saint Louis and check out this new exhibit. The Gallery is free and open to the public Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. We're closed Sundays and holidays, including June 19 in observance of Juneteenth, and July 1 and July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
Art Saint Louis is pleased to present our Summer exhibition, Honor Awards 2023, on view in the Gallery June 10-13, 2023. The show opens with a free reception on Saturday, June 10 from 4-6 p.m. with a special tasting of Switchgrass Spirits courtesy of artist Brenda Gilliam. Additional complimentary beverages will be served courtesy of Art Saint Louis.
Honor Awards 2023 features 48 recent works in ceramics, digital art, installation, painting, printmaking, and textiles by ten Award-winning artists who received Awards of Excellence in our 2021 juried exhibits.

We are honored to have the opportunity to work with artist Sara Vanderbeek of Austin, Texas as Juror for this exhibition. Vanderbeek is an award-winning artist, curator, lecturer, and gallery owner. Sara was born and raised in St. Louis and holds a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI (2003). Her works are in numerous private collections throughout the U.S.
